Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms across the reception, restaurant, and bungalows were spacious and very clean, with modern amenities like air-con and satellite TV. The staff made me feel like a VIP, especially Haizel, our exceptional waitress. The location felt like a serene colonial retreat, and the wildlife sightings were a bonus. The dining experience was delightful with tasty sandwiches and grills. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat. The personalized attention in the rooms truly made us feel special, though the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking. The presence of air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee maker added to the comfort of the stay.
I truly had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms are lovely with plenty of space, and I particularly loved the little touches in decor like the turtle basin in the bathroom. The food was incredible, from the amazing meals to the drinks and dessert, and the included boat tours each day were a highlight. However, I did notice that some areas could use more investment in terms of service.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, with 2 queen size beds and ample storage space, giving a cozy cabin-like feel. The service was outstanding, with a warm and friendly staff, including the owner Roberto, who took great care of us throughout our stay. The location by the lagoon in Tortuguero was simply magical, offering a delightful spot to experience the beauty of the national park. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows, and the facilities were impressive overall.
Staying at Manatus was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were attractively furnished, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The service, particularly from our waitress Haizel, was excellent and very attentive. The location was amazing, with wildlife all around, making it a unique and special place. The dining experience was good, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. However, the quiet surroundings could be a downside for some, and the pricing might not suit all budgets perfectly.
